Specialist Services
Common Mental Health Problems
I have experience supporting individuals with a range of issues, including anxiety, mental health concerns, loss, and trauma. My goal is to provide a space where everyone feels supported, affirmed and safe to express themselves.
LGBTQIA+ community
I am especially passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community. Through my own personal journey with a family member and my professional experience working alongside transgender individuals, I have gained a deeper understanding of the unique challenges you may face. Whether you are navigating questions of identity, dealing with societal pressures, or seeking a space where you can feel affirmed and accepted, I am here to support you with empathy and understanding.
Neurodivergence
I also welcome and support Neurodivergent individuals. Whether you have been diagnosed later in life or are currently exploring your neurodivergence, I can offer a supportive space to help you navigate this journey. As a self-identifying autistic individual, I understand first-hand the unique challenges and strengths that come with neurodivergence. If you are looking for a counsellor who truly recognizes and can cater to your specific needs, I am here to help you feel understood and empowered.
Whatever challenges you may be facing right now, you don’t have to do it alone. Reach out, and together we can find a path forward that feels right for you. To help you take that first step, I offer a free 15-minute initial session where we can meet, discuss your needs, and see if we are a good fit to work together.
